4. I’ll send appointment confirmation details, including everything you will need to bring to our appointment.

Includes travel to your preferred location, advance document review, personalized appointment coordination, and a professional signing experience from start to finish.

Appointment Policies
Due to the time-sensitive nature of the work, I maintain the following policies:

General Refund Policy: Once a notary service is completed, all fees are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of notarial acts, which are considered completed at the time of signing and cannot be undone.

Rescheduling/Cancelling Appointment: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Deposits: A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and/or for no-shows are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals: Unexpected delays can happen. Please notify me as soon as possible if you're running late. Appointments delayed more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. If rescheduling is required due to a late arrival, the original deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to reserve another appointment.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable once work begins.

Government and Third-Party Fees: Government and witness fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Emergency Situations: Emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll work with you to reschedule.

Incomplete Notarizations: If the notary is unable to complete the notarization due to missing documents, improper identification, or the signer’s unwillingness to proceed, the deposit will be non-refundable.
In the unlikely event an appointment must be canceled by Frighetto Notary & Apostille, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
